1. What are the processing and delivery times for my order?

Order Processing:
Orders are processed and shipped within 0 to 1 day.
Delivery to your home takes between 3 to 6 days.

The total delivery time is 3 to 7 days.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.


2. What are the delivery fees?

Delivery is free for all orders.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. You can track your order in real-time using this link. If you have trouble tracking your order, please contact us at contact@topmontessori.com


4. What is your return and refund policy?

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return a product.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@topmontessori.com with your proof of purchase.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Once the item is returned and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email and inform you of our decision regarding your refund.


5. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified if you contact us within 24 hours of your purchase at contact@topmontessori.com. After this period, if the order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel or modify it.


6. What should I do if I receive a defective item?

  • A photo of the defective item

  • Your preference for a replacement or a refund

Yes, you can exchange a product for a different size or color of the same model. Contact us at contact@topmontessori.com to initiate an exchange. Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns.

13. Are there any restocking fees?

There are no restocking fees for returns. It's free! You can return items according to our return policy without incurring any additional charges other than the return shipping fees, which are the customer's responsibility.
